Probiotics, killing off bad bacteria, and repopulating your empty vessel. My regimen and opinions.
Consult a doctor before taking my opinion.
I saw another post on probiotics so I thought I would share my routine and opinions. Probiotics are only good if given a good environment. If you are taking them and are over invested with candida or some other bad bacteria when you take the pills they will be fighting a tough battle. First things first, I wiped everything in my tract out and then restart.
I used a few things for wiping the bacteria out:
- Oregano oil pills (It absolutely murders bacteria)
- Oregano oil mouthwash (True health starts at the mouth. I had bad tongue peeling caused by candida. This murders candida in the mouth. 3 days and my mouth was so clean. Just brush after you eat, use mouthwash, and be happy)
- Colloidal silver liquid (It murders bacteria. I bought infowars brand. You can buy any brand.)
- Biotin (Studies have shown lower levels of bad bacteria in people taking this plus better hair. Two birds with one stone.)
- Iodine. I use Nascent and lugol's. (You need to talk to a doctor and get tested before implementing this. Some people's thyroid goes crazy when iodine is added. Some peoples immune system overreacts. Be careful. I drop Iodine right on my friggin tongue. I burns. Some people mix it with water like the directions tell you to. I do not. I put this crap right in my mouth and it murders everything I do not want there. I read a study about how iodine just slaughters bacteria and specifically yeast to stop candida so damn fast: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10709489 Check this out. Yeast can't even last 30 seconds when in contact with iodine. So I put that crap right on my tongue, it burns, I don't care. I discovered this cleans up your mouth so well by accident. I accidentally put the iodine right in my mouth without mixing the first few times I took it. I burned like crazy but I noticed my mouth got really clean, my tongue got healed, and nothing had ever worked this well before. This was before oregano oil. I think they both work well now.)
All of these have shown to kill bacteria.
While wiping the bacteria out your body has die off. The bacteria is dying and causes wicked bad symptoms. You need to flush yourself out. To do this I take a few things that clean my colon and help clear my system:
- Dr. Tobias Colon Cleanse (Makes you crap a lot so the dead bacteria does not build up)
- Vitamin C (It cleans crap up and helps immune system)
- Magnesium (It removes metals and crap)
- NAC w/Molybdenum (It helps liver and detox)
- Wobenzym (ehhh, I can't tell if this one is good because days without it didn't seem much different but others have used it to clear their system out and cleaned up their bloodstream. Some people claim it even helped fight off their hypo altogether. I'm not sold yet but you can give it a go.)
- Zinc (It helps you get less sick from the die off)
- L-lysine (It stops viruses and bacteria from reproducing)
- Drink tons of water (It helps you flush)
- Apple cider vinegar (It's got like 100 documented health benefits. I use Braggs brand. Helps cleanup.)
I do the cleanse and cleanup routine for 2 weeks. After I am done with the cleanup I eat whole foods. I eat a lot of veggies. I take probiotics. I repopulate with new good bacteria in my new fresh clean body.
I hope my routine is helpful to those wondering how some people go about adding probiotics. This routine should not be repeated without a 2 month waiting period to let your system heal and because you don't want to kill off every single bacteria inside you. You just want to kill off the overgrowth then introduce competitors that will slow down bad bacteria. It is impossible to get rid of all bad bacteria. Good luck!
TLDR; You take a lot of crap to kill the crap but then you need to take more crap to help flush the crap which then makes you crap.
