Question about the future of T-mog

I know that nobody has the answer to this for sure, but what are the odds that Corrupted Ashbringer will be unlocked in my transmog page for use on my DK after legion. Thoughts on whether the artifacts and skins will be spec or class specific? I hate Paladin but I would love to use this weapon look on my Warrior or DK. I'm only going to bother leveling a Ret Paladin and going through the torture of that fishing and camping the ooze for that skin if there's a real chance that I could miss out.
