[Help] Can't Update Cydia or Install Tweaks

I've jail broken my iPhone 5s on iOS 10.2, but when I go in to update cydia or install a tweak I get an error message and it stops the installation after a few seconds. It works fine on my iPhone 6 but I can't seem to get it working on this device.
