Dissapointed by BL

Had bought some singles for my modern deck from him and went out of my way to pay for shipping so I could get it before my birthday and a PPTQ. Was overjoyed to find the package opened it and to see all the fetches were missing. There were 16 total fetches missing that I had paid for that weren't there. Anyone else have had this problem?
