So whats up with this Latuda savings card?

My doctor doesn't know too much about it and im trying to figure out if its worth it, if there are any catches, or if I can actually get it? I have private insurance through my parents so no government insurance like medicaid.

My doc pretty much said its the last med that might work so i'm trying to figure out a way of making it be less expensive so I don't have to have difficult conversations about it with my parents and can at least try it out.
