URGENT HELP PLEASE! Regarding delivery

Hey guys so I'm delivering to a guy right now who lives in an apartment building, but didn't list his room number or any code so I could get in.

I've called him 5 times now and sent him multiple texts! He hasn't responded and I've been waiting for about 15 minutes...

There's no way for me to say "no one's available" on the app, any help please?
