What is a good free 32bit video creation tool?

OBS is a good screen recorder if you're doing gaming.

Blender is a pretty much everything tool, but I am not 100% sure if it has 2d animation. Here is the subreddit: r/blender

Yea, blender is pretty confusing when you just a beginner. I barely know enough about it to use the video editor and just learned today how to do sound in the video editor.
