Depending on the value of the creature blocking, my motto tends to be, "Make them have the trick." I feel like the Cobra/Rhino attack was a great example, though. Definitely a spot where careful consideration must be made. However, I value Rhino somewhat highly and would almost never block someone's 2/2.
