Unlocking 355 other senses.

Hi, i'm not even sure if this is the right subreddit to ask this questio so feel free to direct me to a more appropriate one if necessary.

I've read that ancient egyptians believe that we have more than just our 5 basic senses, to a total of 360. Assuming that's truee how does one go about unlocking the other 355 senses?

Could the tree of knowledge have anything to do with this? thanks.
