Large BOTW performance boost!

I found a real performance boost for BOTW. (5-10 fps)

processor affinity. if you use auto / all you will get ~20 fps with other fixes out there.

if you set processor affinity to real cores only for hyperthreaded cpus, on different cores, you will get 25-30 fps almost all of the time, or disable hyperthreading in your bios.

i have a i7 4790k change http://i.imgur.com/GxjvaQi.png to http://i.imgur.com/Eq6czyT.png just remember windows does core, thread, core, thread ect. (if you have hyperthreading ect)

changing affinity back and forth i can see my fps go to 30, back to 20, repeat.
