He didn't miss... I've had the very exact experience randomly in a few matches. Even the enemy team asked me wtf was happening

I played back the recording very slowly and I shot dead in the chest yet it did no dmg

He may not have got the headshot, but he definitely hit dead centre of the chest which would take some health (not sure if it downs 1 armour ops).

1 under 10m shot center mass with kill/down a 2 armor op, nearly any range kills/downs 1 armor. Both examples do not count rook armor.
