Is there anything I can do to follow up with a report? I just came out of a game that last 55 fucking minutes because my ez didnt participate in any kills and just farmed the entire game, went 0/4/2 with 600 cs. I am so fucking tilted and angry that we lost a completely winnable ranked game because this fucker decided to troll, so is there anything I can do besides report him?

Nope. Just move on to the next game and chances are you'll never see him again. If he has a habit of doing this in his games he will suffer far more from it than you if you let it go.
You should Honor him 600 cs is pretty good xDD and he has to stack his muramana xD probably he could stack 2 or 3 tears aswell xD
You can't do anything beyond but even reporting him at all seems questionable. You just seem tilted AF. If he was still playing the game then you can't report him because he didn't do what you wanted him to do. Yeah obviously there are guidelines to what is considered "trying" but I don't think he necessarily broke those rules.
Also I would honor that mofo and give him a gift if he hit 600 CS.
