So I got lucky today and unpacked myself a Jaraxxus. Memes aside, is there any feasible deck to use him in aside from Reno decks? I don't own LoE and don't intend to buy it as it is rotating to Wild.
(All of my Warlock decks are Zoo)

Well, it's certainly one of the more fun legendaries. I sometimes run him in zoo just for the hell of it
Why not buy just 1 wing of loe so if you decide you can still buy it later?
That's not a bad idea. I've been reluctant to play Wild due to it already having two sets worth of cards I'd have to individually craft as opposed to buying packs, but I suppose it's worth it just to experience the adventure itself.
Besides having some amazing cards, LOE is the most fun adventure out of all them.
and it is a far better dust to $ ratio if you plan on getting cards from the upcoming expansion
Handlock is unlikely to make a comeback (RIP Molten Giant), but hang on to him just in case he becomes viable again. His effective heal to 15 may be more valuable once Reno rotates to Wild next month, but his cost makes running him a liability in faster metas.
Probably not. But dont dust him anyways. He's a classic set, who knews one day he will be viable again.
