Not unless you like the reliced look. Those guitars sell for $200 brand new.

EDIT: Noticed you're canadian. Still dont think its that good of a price. They are cheap guitars.

$269.00 is what they retail new for here. But this has a fender logo and upgraded tuners and alnico V pickups. Is that worth it?

Around here. They sell for $200 new. You can find them for less than $100 all day long. I generally do not count "upgrades" in the prices of things, as whether or not its an upgrade is massively objective. Even so, sets of Alnico V pickups can be had for less than $50, even cheaper if you go with no-name brand ones. and random locking tuners are cheap..

As I mentioned, unless you specifically want the "reliced" look. I think its a marginal deal at best.

If you're in the States that makes sense. If you're in Canada then you might be confusing the Affinity with the Bullet I think. The Bullet retails for $199. Is there a big difference you think? What's the difference between Alnico V and stock pickups?

The bullet strats are $149 here in the states.

No idea on the pickups, I'm not much of a strat person.

I'd low ball $175 and see how he responds, then maybe settle for $200 after some negotiation. Also text him, don't email. They tend to be more responsive there and its easy to negotiate by text. The pickups are probably no name, something like GFS. The relic job is actually not bad but kind of excessive on the back, he obviously repainted it with nitro or something thin

Thanks, good advice.

It's a fair price.
