Far Harbor Power Armor Paint Jobs: Vim, Abraxo and Sugar Bombs

If you like collecting and decorating your player homes with power armors, then getting the two vim power armors from far harbor is a good idea. One is green, the other red. The former is on a truck on a road, the latter is inside the vim factory.

I just noticed when playing around with the armors that there are two other colors as well, a white for abraxo and a blue for sugar bombs. These themes can only be applied to t-51 armor so unless you have a couple spare sets lying around you can't have all four paint jobs at the same time.

Just figured i would mention it. I never remember seeing any notification about getting these other paint jobs, maybe i obtained them at some point but never noticed. Just figured I would do a quick post for an fyi.

The Abraxo and Sugar Bombs paint job come with the Contraptions workshop DLC, not Far Harbor. You know how to paint them automatically if you have Contraptions installed. They can only be painted on T-51 suits, sadly.

A semi-related question: do the MK variants of each suit look any different? I have over a dozen suits of power armor now, a few of each. And I've pretty much run out of paint jobs for them. I want to collect more, but do I just have to have multiple clones? or can I have an XO1 mk 1 pink, and it'd look different than an XO1 mk 4 pink?

They do not physically change, only stats.

I think the base texture changes as you upgrade power armor, but if you paint it there's no visual difference.

Unpainted Mk1 is different from the upgrades for everything except raider power armor. Paint covers any differences. The only other mod that visibly modifies the armor that I've seen is the jetpack.

I'd rather wear an actual box of abraxo detergent than a t-51
