Any former/current CBDer's out there?

I've accepted an offer for the CBD program and will be starting in the next few months. I am curious if anyone could expand upon their day to day duties as a CBDer. Obviously it will depend greatly on the project, so just your own personal experience would be helpful. Also - somewhat unrelated - but does IBM drug test for the program? I've seen mixed answers and would be curious to have some more input there.
