###Bio:

Danny Rand was the child of two billionaires that owned Rand Enterprises. Danny lost his parents at a young age during a plane accident, and was found by two monks that took him to K'un-Lun where he spent his days training Kung-Fu eventually becoming a living weapon, The Iron Fist.

Danny leaves K'un-Lun unexpectedly and the events of Season 1 kick off.

Strength

• Sends a guy across a container with a punch, and knocks him out with a kick

• Ragdolls a guy with a backflip kick

• Double kicks a guy off his feet

• Snaps a man's arm

• Ragdolls a man breaking a wooden board

• Ragdolls him again forcing a door open

• One shots two fully armoured SWAT guys and another

• He and Davo's get ragdolled, after a couple seconds they sent a dozen guys flying off of them

• Ragdolls a fully armored D.E.A Swat knocking him out and another

• Breaks a security panel

Speed

• Disarms a man before he could shoot

• Casually sidesteps a punch from Colleen

• Evading bullets

• Blocks everyone of Scythe's attacks as a blur and without looking

  • Note: Danny was in a zen state channeling his full inner Iron Fist. He is pretty hard pressed to get into a state like this.

• Seemingly dodges a bullet and proceeds to close the gap evading the rest

Agility

• PARKOUR

• Flips over a car

• Jumps a huge wall

• Nearly gliding

• Running up a wall

• Showing off decent flips

Durability

• While restrained, tanks a beating from three guys with batons, while drugged so hard he could barely stand

• Shakes off a sucker punch to the back of the head from spiked knuckles

• Gets pushed off a skyscraper, and slams into a light fixtures on the side catching himself and seems fine

Skill

• Embarasses two security guards, two more and then one more

• Takes down a mercenary and another and another and takes down the first again

• Casually deflects a punch

• Takes out three men while drugged so much he could barely stand

• Attacking and defending simultainiously and again

• Danny easily restrains one of Madame Gao's couriers

• Takes down swat goons and another

• Spars one of Coleen's best students

• Fighting off Hand Students from every direction while injured

• Fodderizing one of Bakuto's guards, one guard each was able to nearly defeat Davos and Colleen while Danny was fighting Bakuto.

• Catches Bakuto's sword in between his hands

• He and Colleen fight off a D.E.A Swat team

• Fodderized two guards

THE Iron Fist

• Punches a steel door off its hinges, sending it flying

• Destroying brass knuckles on contact

• Axe breaks on his fist

• Punches open a container

• Punching through a blade

• Riding down elevator wires

• Causes a huge wooden door to explode

• Punches an assault rifle in half

• Snaps handcuffs

• Punches through skyscraper glass ragdolling a guy in the process

• Makes a shock wave pulverizing the floor of a skyscraper

• Blocks a bullet

Fights

• Danny fights his way out of an asylum

• Danny spars with Colleen Wing

• Danny fights one of Madame Gao's soldiers

• Danny fights The Hatchet Gang, Triads

• Danny fights another one of Madame Gao's soldiers in a container

• The Hand Challenge: The next three fights are one after another almost immediately. Danny states that it's tradition for The Hand to select their best fighters for it. For reference, Nobu was only considered "pretty high up" by Stick.

  • Danny fights The Butcher Brothers

  • Danny fights Bride of the 9 Spiders - Not included because it was more of a mind game then a fight. Danny is poisoned in this going into the next fight however.

  • Danny fights Scythe, Part 2, Part 3

• Danny fights Zhao Cheng using Drunken Fist

• Danny, Colleen and Claire take on two of Madame Gao's bodyguards

• Danny, Coleen and Claire get ambushed by armed/armored SWAT goons sent to rescue Gao

• Bakuto: Danny fights Bakuto, a leader of The Hand who specializes in teaching students to become Ninjas.

  • Round One: Mainly a Hand to Hand fight.
  • Round Two: Davos, Colleen and Danny ambush his guards and Danny fights a sword wielding Bakuto himself.

• Danny and Davos fight a bunch of Hand Students/Ninjas in an enclosed space

• Danny and Davos fight off 2 dozen Hand Students/Ninjas from every direction

• Danny fights Davos
