OC Tournament HUB

I'm making this hub post in order to keep the OC Tournament organized. As the season unfolds this will also evolve to show previous tournaments and registrations and Q&As. Also any delays or postponed matches will be notified here.

4.26 Rule Change - Votes

The option to vote will only be available once a contestant makes a statement. Votes for a contestant will not be considered until the option is available by the hosting judge.

Only written votes under the chosen contestant will be considered. Voters must state why they chose their winner.

A Word from the judges

We have received word that there have been complaints in regards to the results of the first round. We understand that the tournament is fun and can get intense. Everyone involved has taken time out of their lives to participate in this tournament. From those that register, compete, judge, or vote. We are all in this together, and should be acting as a community. If there are complaints or any general comments or criticism. Write them here or PM a judge. Do NOT for any reason lash out at a contestant and berate any because the results were not to your liking. We, the judges, put in a lot of time to make sure matches are up to par for you all to enjoy and take part in. This is a friendly event for the sub so we have other things to discuss than best girl and new releases. I hope that moving forward any dissatisfied participants will direct their frustrations and concerns to the appropriate people and not bully a contestant for any reason.

How will we remedy this?

Now, we have decided that matches moving forward will be shorter, the first round was so epic because we were trying a new objective with the sole purpose of overwhelming contestants. It turns out it overwhelmed the judges as well when it was time to discuss contestants. So expect normal matches and no extravagant DnD matches.
