Recommended digital courses/resources for beginners?

I'm looking for beginner courses, but really have no idea where to look and what's considered good. My interest is mainly in self-help, light therapy, "reprogramming" and implementation of NLP. Basically how to induce trance states to increase the absorption and effectiveness of NLP techniques.

I prefer complete courses so I'll have a clear system of development. Mainly interested in video material, but I'd love some book recommendations too.
