Procedures:

Item #1 is to be kept in a standard 10-by-10 meter humanoid containment chamber. A music box playing “My Grandfather’s Clock” must be wound up at all times via the chamber’s camera.

Note: As of █-█-██23, no personnel OTHER than Mr. Afton himself are to be allowed in #1’s chamber at ANY time. See Addendum for more details.

Appearance:

Item #1 is a large black humanoid marionette with a cracked mask that resembles the comedy mask used in theater. It is badly burned, as it was recovered from [DATA REDACTED] after it burned down.

Behaviour:

Item #1, like most items on site, is only active between 12AM and 6AM. At midnight, it will begin to float off the ground. If “My Grandfather’s Clock” is not playing, it will become very hostile and escape its containment chamber. It will then seek out the nearest human, and a standard puppeteer control bar will materialize above the human. The strings attach themselves to the human, and they begin a slow, and apparently painful, transformation into an animatronic from [DATA REDACTED] Pizza that was used during the 80’s. Item #1 has also been observed to create mask that can give life to dead or inanimate objects.

Letter from Mr. Afton, Director of Afton Containment: Alright, enough of this. I'm sick and tired of getting calls from overly curious personnel over weather I know Items #1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. From now on, I'm going to be the ONLY person allowed in their chambers, and if I find anyone else in there, I will not hesitate to incinerate you. PERSONALLY.
