Procedures:

Item #87 is to be kept in a standard 10-by-10 meter containment chamber that is to be supplied with a plush of [DATA REDACTED], a famous character from [DATA REDACTED] pizza chain. #87’s chamber is to be surveillanced via the chamber camera AT ALL TIMES.

Note: As of █-█-██23, no personnel OTHER than Mr. Afton himself are to be allowed in #87’s chamber at ANY time. See Item #1; Addendum, for more details.

Appearance: Item #87 is a humanoid endoskeleton resembling from the [DATA REDACTED] Pizza chain. It's eyes are piercing red with miniscule pupils, and it has several large spiked bits, especially the fingers and teeth. It is well maintained and was found in the home of [DATA REDACTED].

Behaviour: Unlike most objects on site, it's anomalous properties only manifest between the hours of 3AM and 6AM, a much shorter period. Between these times, it will jolt to life and a physical form will manifest, resembling that of [DATA REDACTED]. However, the skin will be a dark black and yellow accessories are added. If prolonged eye contact is made with Item #87, it will create feelings of panic, soon followed by the heart's immediate stop in function. It is also known to make noises of a crying child, likely in order to lure victims to it. It seems to also be increasingly hostile when Item #3 "Spring-Trapped" is nearby.

Note from Dr. Simon Glade, head researcher of the Nightmare department: Mr. Afton has been visiting Item #87 quite often as of late. He seems to be...interviewing it, but he refuses to release the tapes. He says they contain private information. However, several researches overheard Mr. Afton refer to it as his son. I have to confront him about this soon.
