Procedures: Item #45 is to be kept in a 10 by 10 room whit a empty mask from the character [DATA REDACTED] from the famous pizza chain [DATA REDACTED], a security guard NEEDS to be in the room sence 8:00Am until 12:00Am. This is done so that Item #45 doesn't "collapse" and fail.

NOTE: Mr.Afton himself told me that only Dr.Phill stayed in the room due to he having free time almost always, and had show having knowledge on Item #45

Appearance: Item#45 it's a small plastic rabbit from the pizza chain [DATA REDACTED]. In █-█-██87 [DATA REDACTED] managment gave the news of Item #45 and other Items being destroyed due to [DATA REDACTED] incident, but Item #45 survive, leaving only his mouth, part of his endo-skeleton head, some of it's torso... Also his bright blue collor had turn into a more yellow collor, and has some of his F.S (Facial scanners) But they're broken and glichty

Behaviour: Item #45 will use his F.S to search a human, if a [DATA REDACTED] Character is found he will deactive himself for 1 hour. If [DATA REDACTED] Character is not found, Item #45 will turn in a "Purple rabbit" (Name given by Dr.Phill) and at this form Item #45 will turn to a FATAL Item #45, whit the ability to go through walls. While doing this he will find a victim, when he finds the victim he will bite of the victim's frontal lobe, while the victim is fading out, the victim will have flash-backs to a recent event related to REGRET. In the hours from 12:00Am to 6:00Am he will try to roam around the room, if the you make any loud noise Item #45 will instanly go towards you, in this situation put on the empty [DATA REDACTED] head until he roams to another part of the room

NOTE FROM Dr.Phill: Toy.... I'm sorry! Item's #45 behaviour has been discover due to personal testing, if Item #45 enters FATAL mode he could kill us all, Thats why i'm the only one allowed to see him. Also don't expect an interview whit him, He does not talk and if he could, i couldn't be able anyway, Loud noises are like pressing all the [DATA REDACTED] in Item #3 whit some one inside :v Look just leave him alone, i can hanle this
