Afton Containment item #%$#$%

Item #%$#$% (please note that I didn't pick that name, the system glitched and won't let me fix it.)

Danger Level: Safe (As of so far. It hasn't tried any funny business with me so far.

Codename: “Yenndo”

Procedures:

Item #%$#$% is to be kept in a small containment chamber with emergency gas vacuums. Multiple cameras should be watching it at once and every ten minutes reboot each camera one at a time.

Appearance:

Item #%$#$% is an endoskeleton of [,Redacted] It doesn't speak which is strange because I remembered it have a voice box. It has a gas tank where [redacted]'s containment tank would be

Behaviour:

#%$#$% moves when no one is looking. It's yellow eyes glow when a child is around and then releases what ever gas it gets filled with into the air.

Dark’s Notes:

I really hate Item #%$#$% I wish it would just disappear for ever. It put [Data Expunged in a coma] with it's gas, and she recently died. So last week the day afterward, with Mr. Afton's permission, I put item #%$#$% in the decincerator. Then two days later it appeared again in my office with no signs of being decincerated. Since then it has been following me around. When ever I look at it it stops moving. It's really been creeping me out. So now I am putting it in containment.
