[Appearance]

Item #99 looks and acts like a 1963 red rotary dial phone, found in the office of one of the many abandoned <DATA EXPUNGED> pizza locations.

It is red in color, like previously mentioned, but the paint and color has begun to chip and fade over time.

[Procedures]

Item #99 is to be kept in a similar environment to where it is previously found, it will include items such as:

• 1 Metal desk

• 5/6 Security Camera monitors

• 1 <DATA EXPUNGED> Pizza poster.

• 1 Metal desk fan.

[EDIT:] After the events that followed the Gold Fever, It must always have this conditions maintained while being contained in 5x6 area with 5 Kilometers thick walls of steel.

If this requirements are not ment, or are sabotaged, the phone will begin to ring, and Item #2 will be heard, but will hang up shortly after.

All that have been exposed to Item #2 have yet to show signs of strange behavior.

After recent studies, I can say that all that have been exposed to Item #2 have now shown these effects.

These are the side effects of answering Item #2's call:

• Extra induced hallucinations of Item #2

• Induced Nightmares and loss of sleep.

• Frequent, sharp, and jittery movements.

• Pale skin.

• Frequent coughing fits.

• Silver eyes.

If you are currently experiencing any of these effects, stop reading this, and go to our Medical Chambers.

After about 6 hours, the effects begin to worsen, and the subject shows signs of extreme animalistic behavior.

After the 7-8 hours, the effects settle, and the subject will then attempt to free Item #2 from its containment. If any one is to oppose the subject, it will try to kill them to get to Item #2.

[Behavior]

Item #99 will become active, like most items/ACI's, during times from 12:PM to 6:AM, however, Item #99 has yet to show signs of movement, or hostility, but such situations must be kept in mind for future testing.

When it first hits 12:PM, Item #99 will begin to ring, and won't stop ringing until answered.

When answered, a voice similar to a previous employee of the <DATA EXPUNGED> Pizza food chain can and will be heard.

At times, [REDACTED] will have full conversations with participants, sometimes talking as if it already knew them. The conversations will last only until 6:AM, which at that time, no matter what [REDACTED] was gonna say, it will always hang up.

At some times, it will tell participants advice about their workplace, and about how to do their job better, despite never having any interaction with Afton Robotics INC.

And, finally, at other times, it will simply say,

"Hello, hello hello? Uh, well, if you're hearing this, then you've made a very poor career choice."

And then hang up.
