How can I get back my old account?

I used to play in the late 2000's, and maybe into 2010. I remember I took a break for a while and when I came back to it (less than a year later) I couldn't log into my account. I tried and tried to get my account back, however none of my credentials worked, and there was no documentation of my account. I had given up for 7 years. I had been a member for 2 or 3 years, had 60+, a few 99s and 93 crafting (fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu), and it was all gone.

I tried logging back in today, tried all my old email addresses, but to no avail. I think someone hijacked it years ago and changed the name and email address of the account. I recall changing the name of my character a couple of times when that feature had just come out, those new names i don't remember anymore, but I still remember the original one.

I've spent an hour or two on the support site trying different email addresses but there was no sign of my account.

Is there anything I can do to get that account back? I cant find anywhere on the website to discuss this with a support member.
