ARI - Item #48

Codename: Rabbit's Habits

Danger Level: FATAL

Containment Procedures: Item #48 is to be kept on a pedestal in the center of a 3 by 3 meter standard containment cell, with added soundproofing to ensure the affects cannot reach outside personnel. Personnel of level 05 clearance or higher is needed to access the cell, and all entering and around when the door opens must use high power noise cancelling headphones to avoid another incident.

Appearance: Item #48 takes the form of the head of the Spring [REDACTED] character from the [REDACTED] Diner restaurant. It is missing the bottom jaw and is completely empty inside. Blood is splattered across the fabric, which at this point seems impossible to clean off.

Behavior: From a distance Item #48 seems ordinary enough, but when any subjects come within a four meter radius of the object it emits an inaudible constant frequency at around 30,000 Hz. When heard, the subject will be compelled to put the [REDACTED] mask on. Upon donning the item, voices of the subjects will change to that of the Spring [REDACTED] character. The subjects will begin to see horrific images of murders and deaths of all kind after around 10 seconds of wearing the mask. They will begin to feel terrible guilt and will scream about how awful the crimes they didn't commit were. Subjects will quite literally go insane and begin to cry and claw at themselves, setting off springlocks inside the mask, killing them. If the mask is removed before this point but after the feelings of guilt, the subjects will attempt, and usually succeed, at committing suicide within a week.

Note from Dr. Grey: Upon further investigation, it seems that after Item #48 directly takes a life, the radius of it's affect will increase by approximately 2 meters. The current area of affect is 10 meters. We CANNOT let this item out of containment or this whole facility could be dead. We need to increase the security of the containment cell and add extra soundproofing ASAP.
