I love the use of metaphors--feathers, wind, and waterfalls all give the impression of a light and carefree soul. The use of a language is a bit confusing and difficult, but it works. Overall, well done. My favorite verses were as follows:
One hand on the handle, / One hand in the sky / As I sit, shy / Look away.

This is awesome. I have an easy suggestion that I really think will make the opening punch a lot harder.
Remove the 'like', twice. So it reads:
Her limbs, feathers. She floats as (or with) the wind.
What do you think?
Also a general note: while integrating words from non-standard English inject a lot of colour and for dedicated readers will be a nice bit of depth, for many this will - I'm just being honest - smack of trying to be arch or pretentious.
I'm not saying I'm in one camp or the other. Just, have a think and see if the essential meaning of those words can be more clearly communicated without diluting anything that is essential for you to include.
Hope that helps, fantastic poem.

I had a hard time following at times, because of, what seemed like, different languages being used. I did get the impression that you were being honest with your feelings which is cool. The last two lines had a nice punch.
