Sudden, strange pop-up from glitterjoy.com and being tracked by Haliburton?

So, I was browsing deviantArt on my laptop earlier today, clicking through pages. I'm not sure if I misclicked something, but I suddenly get a popup like this...Clearly, I'm a little spooked. When I google the website, nothing comes up. I did a virus scan and everything with malwarebytes and the computer seems to be clean. I don't do anything shady on this laptop other than the ocsasional porn on xvideos/pornhub etc. I don't use torrents either. I was even more spooked when I turn on peerblocker and see Haliburton on the list! Is my computer being used as a botnet?

I run a Lenovo Laptop, Windows 10, intel core i5 processor. I'm not sure what to make of this. Just spooked, really. Thanks all!
