Just heard a guy say this and it made me think of NoFap...

They were arguing about a guy having a marijuana addiction and he said:"Look, marijuana is not physically addictive, however if you can't stop doing it something what's the difference ?" 95% of the people I know say that faping isn't an addiction but everytime I say:"Well in that case why don't you try not doing it for at least 15 days and if nothing changes go back to it." they all start making excuses...
