Wei Jiang Ebay Knockoff?

I want to get a Wei Jiang Optimus prime and there are eBay listings $50 cheaper than Amazon but there from China. Have there been any knockoffs made of Wei Jiang and are the bb7 upgrade kits from China safe too?
