Rent is 575/mo utils included. Private room and shared bathroom (3 others). Hardwood floors, kitchen/living room, washer/drier, 1 dog. Can bike to school (12-15 mins), walk (~20-30 mins), and 2 bus routes pass nearby.

My rent ends on August but I wont be here for the summer so you are welcome to take over (not a sublease). Also welcome to go ahead and sign for longer!
