Struggling to hide root for certain apps

Hello, everybody. I have a Nexus 6 32gb from Verizon. I'm basically playing around with ROMs for now and one of the thing I'm struggling to figure out is how to set up a rom with the root hidden so I can use a few apps such as Snapchat, Mario runs, pokemon go, and the like.

I'm just wondering if there's any specific ROMs that would make this easier to work on? I'm currently on the latest marshmallow version of this rom, https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/development/rom-5-1lightromstock-lmy47e-03-19-2015-t3059493
