[Discussion] Top 5 under 28 cost 6* Whale edition no healers included

Sasori- great Hp and Attack both jutsus are Aoe and has 90% Slip Damage does nearly 20K Damage on ultimate surely the best under 28 cost character.

Sage Mode Naruto- Huge multipliers for Aoe destroys barriers, joint lowest cost six star with 19 Against Wisdom he's doing 37K Damage Aoe that's more than a level 150 Deidara also since he's Bravery if I had 2 of him I could probably finally defeat the CM2 Sasuke under 28 cost mission.

Minato Bravery- Only vast range in the game has 1862 Attack which is more than most long range characters. Does a good amount of damage on ultimate around 30K vs Wisdom hopefully getting a Limit Break in a few weeks.

CM1 Sasuke just a absolute tank 30% Damage reduction against Bravery and 20% for Wisdom or other way around can't remember when he first realeased I thought why's he Heart and has Bravery and Wisdom Reductions then realized every 28 cost mission is them 2 elements so it makes perfect sense.

Chidori Sasuke has 50% Damage reduction against Wisdom so he's taking 25% less from his disadvantage element similar to Yugito so this guy is for Tanking plus can remove barriers multipliers aren't great and idk who else to put for number 5 you could probably replace this spot with Rock Lee 3K Attack or Neji who's great for Immobilization.
