Clarity Quantification

Hi all,

We are considering co-packing and we have products that range from brilliant to slightly hazy, and nailing that level of clarity, I think, will be a challenge if we move to different vessel geometry, different cooling rates, different production schedules, different filters, etc. Do you quantify clarity/turbidity, and if so, how?
