Taxes were lost in the mail, What do I do? I can't get a hold of IRS

Hello guys,

I sent my taxes in February and I thought it was odd that I haven't received my returns yet. I went to the lady the did my taxes and she said that they're not even in the system, which means they must've gotten lost in the mail. What do I do? Do I re-file? I'm trying to contact the IRS phone line but wait times are over 2 hours.
