R/Cooking, what are you making for Cinco de Mayo?
I'm thinking homemade tortillas for fajitas but that's so easy. What's something I can cook that's a bit of a challenge that can also feed a decent number of people (10+)? Fajitas are gonna include flank steak, sautéed bell peppers and onions, and rice and beans. I'm in college so cost in definitely something to consider.
