Has the 4 position become the most eye catching in the current meta?

It seems as though most of the flashy plays, and hyped players currently are all position 4 players. Looking at the success of Jerax on Liquid/OG, and now Tims and Boboka, it looks like the 4 position is where most of the talented plays seem to be happening. Of course this may be function of the heroes that are being used in this current meta( ES, MK etc) but it does look like most of the plays that people seem to notice are coming out from these players. Thoughts?
