One last try at this issue. Help please, vape veteran confused.

I have a continuing issue where out of nowhere all of my goon builds have a cotton after-taste. I washed my goon, rebuilt it with new wire and new cotton. Still no resolution. My girlfriends theorem and my serpent mini never get these issues. My other rdas don't even do it. I've been using my goon for almost as long as it's been out and I've never heard of this issue ever. Please only constructive help and positive support. Thank you very much. EDIT: one of my biggest issues is I've been close to maxing out my cotton with everything I build on, and it only happened recently on my goon, as if a gross thing is stuck on my goon that gives off cotton flavor. I've done thinner wicks and it feels just as bad.
