Shockwave Blade question

So I recently got a .300 Blackout AR Pistol and it has a 10.5 inch barrel, it has a shockwave blade stabilizer on it and I am aware to never use it as a shoulder stock because it would be a SBR at that point. So my question is can I use it as a cheek weld? Am I able to put the stabilizer against my cheek and rest it next to my face and that would the legal way of utilizing the stabilizer in that sense? Thanks
