Windows 7 pirated?

So I bought a laptop on ebay and a few weeks later I found out that the OS was a pirated version. As of the time of this post, I'm reinstalling windows from a copy that I, also, bought on ebay. My question is; is this computer at risk of infiltration? If so, how can I clean it?
