TWWH Vampire strategy against each race?

My brother is going to start playing Warhammer and he loves VC. However he's struggling to win custom battles against most of the races. He has no issues playing the Dwarves, which are as y'all know, new player friendly.

I don't play VC much so my tips are failing. Anyone here have time to perhaps go over basic strategy a VC player would use against each race? Really appreciate the help.
