[BUG] 2-3 Second freezing every 30 seconds.

Since 7.04 I've been getting game freezes lasting from 2-3 second every 30 seconds. Some days I don't lag at all, and others I lag for every game I play.

My laptop is pretty old, however it occasionally doesn't lag and has just started lagging quit recently.

Has anybody else got this lag?
