CBT Nuggets for Network+?

I see many people using Professor Messer and Mike Meyer's book to study, but I was wondering how many of you have used Keith Barker's CBT Nuggets course on Network+? Those of you who have watched his course and taken the Network+ exam, did you find that it helped you?

Thanks in advance!
