Hypothetical: We own the first 5 picks in the draft, but no others... who do we pick?

This was a topic that was in r/NFL and i found it interesting. What would our strategy be? Would we fill holes with only needs on the team? Do we take BPA to prevent others from getting them? We're not allowed to trade picks. Who do you draft?
