How much more Transaction capacity can we expect?

With LN implemented on top of Litecoin?

From what I understand blocks are currently 4 times fast than btc plus segwit provides another 1.7x capacity immediately. so ltc without lightening should be 200,000 x 4 x 1.4 = 1,360,000 transactions per day approx. How about with lightening?
