Leaderboards refreshing everytime you leave and enter the server?

In the past it used to be locked in place, where it automatically kept u in position. We had a guy at 500 wins and so on...

Will this be possible to be set as an option for server hosting in the future? For some of us ranking is an important motivation in playing the game.
