[Question] If the 10.3.1 JB gets released before the signing window is closed, can I just update via iTunes like normal?

More explanation: If Pangu releases the 10.3.1 JB before Apple closes the 10.3.1 signing window, can I just reboot my phone, thus "unjailbreaking" it, update through iTunes like normal, then install the Pangu JB app, and jailbreak it that way, effectively not losing any JB data or any of my apps? Currently on i7, 10.1.1.

Obviously this is probably not the best way to do things, as I'm sure things can go wrong and a fresh start is always the safest, I'm just wondering if it is possible.
