Anarchist governance with modern technology

I've been thinking how an anarchist society would govern itself. It occurred to me that something like GitHub could be used to give everyone a say in the development of rules for a community. Technology in general seems to make anarchism a more feasible way to govern. Is there any literature on how technology can be used to govern an anarchist society?
