Mt Mitchell

Hi! I will be in Asheville in a couple weeks and want to hike to the summit of Mt Mitchell. Can anyone recommend an up and back that will take around 5 hrs for an experienced hiker? Preferably from the Asheville side? (I know nothing about the mountain or the area)
