Do you think the move to 10pm this season Hurt or Benefited Shield?

I personally think that the move hurt the show as far as ratings is concerned, but I think the show improved immensely because of it. The first 5 minutes of the first episode with Ghost Rider killing those bad guys, and there was blood splatter set the tone on the changes upcoming. What do you guys think?
